Automation Conveying Lines

Turnkey conveying lines — from line layout and equipment selection to process handover, merge and divert, buffering and the control interface.

Turnkey Lines

A Whole Line, Not Just Single Machines

We plan and integrate the conveying equipment between your processes as one coordinated line — matched in speed, height and position.

Line Layout & Integration

Conveyor types, orientation and transfer points planned around your product, throughput and the floor space you actually have.

Process Handover

Where one process ends and the next begins — running heights, transfer points and orientation matched so product moves on without manual lifting.

Merge · Divert · Buffer

Infeed lines combined into one, product diverted to different outlets, and accumulation sections that absorb speed differences and short stops.

Control Interface

What signals pass between the conveying line and your line controller, agreed with your integrator — no interface or protocol is promised before it is confirmed.

How It Works

How a Conveying Line Is Planned

A line is designed around the process, not chosen from a catalogue. We start from your product — its size, weight, how it is packed and how it must be handled — the throughput you need, and the layout of the hall.

Between processes we match running heights, transfer points and orientation. On multi-line feeds we plan merge and divert points, and accumulation sections (buffering) so a short stop in one process does not immediately stop the whole line.

The control interface is agreed with whoever controls your line: which signals are exchanged, what the conveying line starts and stops on, and how operators see the line status. Nothing about the interface is assumed — it is confirmed in writing before anything is built.

What We Confirm With You

  • Product, packing and handling; the throughput you need
  • Hall layout, existing equipment and line direction
  • Transfer heights, orientation and available space
  • Merge and divert points, and where buffering is needed
  • Control interface, signals and line status
  • Site conditions, service access and cleaning needs

Before We Quote

We do not publish fixed models, capacities, certifications, prices or lead times for an automated line, because each line is built to order. Tell us your product, throughput, layout and site — the configuration, interface and commercial terms are confirmed in writing first. No customer or project is presented here as a PENKOR case study.
